Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Ground Shipping Only: Due to the nature of our products, all orders are shipped via ground transportation. This method ensures compliance with safety regulations for shipping fragrances and helps maintain the quality of the products during transit.

Delivery Time: Orders typically take 5-8 business days to be delivered once they have been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

Hawaii and Alaska customers will receive their orders in 30 days.

Packaging and Handling

Secure Packaging: We take great care in packaging your orders. Each perfume bottle is securely wrapped with protective padding and placed in a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transit.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

If the order shows delivered and the address is correct, and after a USPS investigation confirms it was delivered to the correct address — we can offer you a reshipment with a discount, but we would not refund you or reship a new shipment to you for free.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We strive to offer the most affordable shipping options while ensuring the safety of your products.

Restrictions

Hazardous Materials: Due to shipping regulations, we are only able to ship our fragrances within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Compliance: All shipments are handled in accordance with safety regulations for transporting hazardous materials. This is why we exclusively use ground shipping services.

Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to follow the progress of your shipment and see the estimated delivery date.
